Being born and raised in Paragould, I grew up with a strong sense of community and always knew helping people would be my passion. My husband of 20+ years and I have 2 wonderful children and our clinic’s therapy dog, Millie. We love to travel, especially to Lake Norfork as Mountain Home has a special place in our hearts. I received a Bachelors in Science from Arkansas State University and a Master’s in Social Work from UALR. I have worked in the mental health industry since the age of 18. For me, establishing Hall & Associates Counseling is a way to give back to the communities we live in by providing individualized, confidential care that help clients meet their mental health wellness. We have staff to meet your needs, whether it’s individual, family or couples counseling, medication management or a combination of both. At Hall & Associates Counseling, we also love to collaborate with your Family Physician to help you meet your needs best. “Providing Help, Creating Hope” is what we do!

Helping people find a truer path for their lives…in one way or another this has been my life work for 35 years as a therapist, educator, motivator, and author.
Along the way, I have learned much about the problems and challenges people bring into counseling, along with effective and successful therapies and strategies to address these issues. And I know the importance of the client/ therapist relationship. You will be respected, encouraged, and supported in your work for healing and a happier, truer life.
I work with adult clients on a variety of issues including grief (both death and non-death related), stress/anxiety, trauma, navigating change, core value integrity, aging challenges, anger management, maintaining sobriety, identity issues, making healthy choices, faith issues.
I have been a client myself and understand the process from both sides of the room. That said, you will have my best.
So if you are ready…..
